Can I add XCover after placing my order? Can I cancel my XCover?

XCover's ‘Booking Refund Protection’ is added per order during checkout, so we are unable to add it retrospectively.

Booking Refund Protection is non-refundable unless cancelled within 14 days of purchase and the booking has not taken place. To do this, please email us on: info@theticketsellers.co.uk
